Privacy

Privacy statement

This statement transparently describes which data the Deluism platform processes, for what purpose and which rights affected people possess.

Contact and data-subject rights

Access, correction, deletion or withdrawal may be requested through the contact and contribution workshop. Reasonable identity verification may be required to prevent unauthorised access.

Privacy-preserving audience measurement

The website counts aggregated visits by date and page path. The application stores no cookies, IP addresses, device identifiers or personal usage profiles for this purpose. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are respected. The protected editorial area is not counted.

Newsletter advance registration

Registration stores an email address, consent time, subscription status and a random unsubscribe token. The address is used only for Deluism project updates and is neither sold nor shared for advertising.

Contributions

Drafts may remain exclusively in the local browser. Explicit submission stores the topic, claim, reasons, proposal, time and optional contact address for editorial review. Submissions are not published automatically.

Editorial system and media

The editorial area is protected by sign-in and a server-side allowlist. Uploaded files are stored separately from metadata and appear publicly only when explicitly released.

Technical provision

The platform is provided through ChatGPT Sites and underlying Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process technically necessary connection and security data. The application itself creates no visitor profiles from them.

Retention

Newsletter registrations remain until withdrawal or the end of the project. Contributions remain during editorial examination and are deleted when no longer needed or when a justified deletion request applies.

External content

Manifesto, logo, press text and released media are served from the same domain. The website embeds no advertising networks, social-media trackers or external analytics scripts.

Transparency notice

The public platform is technically active. The named responsible person and official sender address will be added before the first newsletter mailing.
