An internationalist movement for global liberation
Liberation, not empire.
Global problems can be solved neither by competing nation-states nor by a new empire. Deluism imagines international order as a federation of free communities that organise peace, knowledge and prosperity in solidarity.

A movement that empowers rather than conquers.
Deluism should not grow through coercion, territorial expansion or cultural subordination. Its internationalist purpose is to support oppressed communities in their own liberation and build voluntary bonds of mutual aid.
Order
From geopolitical competition to world federation.
Local councils connect across existing borders in democratic assemblies. Together they coordinate climate protection, health, disaster relief, education and peace. Global cooperation is built from below and remains accountable to people locally.
Movement
Critique needs hope, culture and action.
Deluism connects the clear naming of racism, capitalism and authoritarianism with radical hope. International labour, peasant, youth and cultural movements make solidarity practical. Art, music and political education create a common language against resignation.
Critical examination
How can a voluntary federation effectively constrain aggression, powerful states or global free riders?
The manifesto relies on solidaristic alliances, common protective institutions and material interdependence; the concrete security architecture remains an open field of research.
